All are invited to join us for the annual Fenalår Dinner! Whether you have never tasted Norwegian fenalår (cured lamb leg) or it is your favorite dish, this event is the perfect chance to enjoy it in good company! Kick off the spring season with an evening of delicious fenalår and other traditional foods, entertainment, and home-made Norwegian pastries.
Menu: fenalår (cured lamb), spiral-cut ham, kjøttkaker (meatballs) with gravy, roasted red potatoes, mixed vegetables
Dessert: lefse, krumkaker with cream and lingonberries, and more
